CA Kamal Garg [B. Com (H), FCA, DISA (ICAI), LLB, Insolvency Professional] is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Insolvency Professional and a Commerce Baccalaureate from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi.
As a practicing professional he possesses rich corporate and professional experience in Corporate and Allied Laws including Insolvency Laws, FEMA etc. Author of more than 40 Books and 1000s of articles on various aspects of such laws.
As an academician he is also a guest speaker at IBC & PKG, Mumbai, ICSI, ICAI Income Tax Department, Government of India on various topic and issues like Direct Taxes, IFRA, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, GST etc. . He is also the member of Board of Studies (BOS) Study Material Research Group of NIRC of ICAI.

CS Lata Kumari Bhushan (B.COM(H), LL.B, ACS) is a Commerce and law graduate and a Qualified Company Secretary with Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and fellow member of Indian Institute of Insurance with 10 years of rich experience. She has worked with various large organizations like IL&FS Limited, United India Insurance Co. Limited thereby acquiring a rich experience in compliance of finance and Insurance Companies.

CS Parveen Goyal he is a Com (BP & CG), PGDM (IB) and (F), NCFM, LL.B and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company secretaries of India. He has a varied experience in Compliance Management, representation before various government authorities like RD, CLB, RBI, etc., conducting System Audit, Secretarial Audit of listed companies as required under Companies Act, 2013 and due-diligence of various corporate including NBFCs.
CS Anita Nagar She is Commerce Graduate [B.com(H)] and Law Graduate, She is also a Qualified Company Secretary and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with experience of matters pertaining to Foreign Exchange Management Act, liasoning with RBI and Authorized Dealers, Conducting Board meetings of foreign and Indian Investors and regular compliances of Joint ventures. She leads the executive trainee team of our firm and currently responsible for the Compliance of our Client E-Pack group.
CS Aarti Sharma (B.Com, ACS) She is Commerce Graduate (B.com), She is also a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. After completing Training from M/s Power Finance Corporation, a Navratna Company of Government of India and getting membership of ICSI she has joined us as Sr. Executive Secretarial and Compliances.
CS Vishakha Gautam (B.Com, ACS) She is Commerce Graduate (B.com) from, Delhi University and qualified Company Secretary. After completing Training from M/s Power Finance Corporation, a Navratna Company of Government of India she has joined us as Sr. Executive Secretarial and Compliances.
Ms. Parishmita Hazarika (M.Com) She is Post Graduate in Commerce) from Guwahati University, Assam and CS professional. After completing her training she has been retain by us as an Secretarial and Compliances Executive. She also worked as assistant Professor in DHSK Commerce College, Assam for 1year
