Education: He is Master of Commerce in Business Policy and Corporate Governance, Graduated from University of Delhi (India) and a Law graduate. He is a Practicing Company Secretary and fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with membership number F7731, he has cleared all papers and groups of CS Final exams in his first attempt and awarded with various awards like winner of Company Law quiz, runner up in moot court competition, best presenter, best researcher, etc while doing study as a student of Company Secretary.
Management & Leadership: He is a former chairman of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Noida Chapter and was an elected member of the Management Committee of Noida Chapter of ICSI since year 2011 to 2018, and was the Chairman of the Management Committee for the years 2013-14 & 2016-17.
He was a leading member of the key group representing the profession of Company Secretaries before the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (Then Minister Shri Sachin Pilot and Secretary Sh.
